Owning the Aeolos AP30 has been an incredible experience. I bought her brand new last season and have sailed her in a variety of conditions — she’s light, responsive, and absolutely exhilarating to helm. The acceleration and handling are unlike anything else I’ve sailed in this size range. Even in light winds, she comes alive quickly, and when the breeze picks up, she feels rock solid and balanced.
The boat is designed for simplicity and performance — easy to launch, easy to rig, and surprisingly straightforward to manage short-handed. Maintenance has been minimal, which allowed me to spend more time on the water and less time dealing with logistics.
I’m only selling because I’m moving up to a Class 40 project, otherwise I’d be keeping her for many more seasons. The AP30 is the perfect combination of cutting-edge performance and practical usability. She’s fast, fun, and turns heads everywhere she goes.
Anyone looking for a true next-generation performance yacht that’s affordable to run and a thrill to sail will love this boat as much as I have.
