Yacht description

Owners comments:

Well maintained and fast First 40.7 of 2000 with extensive sail wardrobe.
Regatta version, high mast, rod rigging and deeper keel (2.40m). 3 x double cabin version. All comfort available (cold / hot water, fridge, shower, toilet etc)
This boat really sails very high on the wind and is still fast. 
Has been on the hard for 2 years (2012-2014), 2 years less wear and tear.
Underwater ship completely bare, + new epoxy layers (coppercoat).
Hull awlgrip sprayed dark blue. Carbon rudder stock

Engine + -700h, saildrive seal replaced 2014
