Hull and Deck

• Female moulded hull and deck in E-glass/Carbon reinforcement/Epoxy/Corecell M-Foam with vacuum infusion technology
• Structures in accordance with CE regulations with higher density foam in slamming areas as in the fitting areas (carbon plate furthermore added in this case)
• Carbon V1/D1 chainplates; carbon/SS-steel forestay fitting
• Structural bulkheads of sandwich construction-sprayed finish
• Halyards and reeflines are lead aft to the cockpit below deck
• Large capacity sail locker with self draining foredeck chain locker and below deck headsail furler
• Sprayed white above waterline finish/epoxy primer painted underwater

Keel and Steering

• Carbon fibre rudder stock and quadrant with emergency tiller attachment point
• Twin E-glass composite wheels and pedestals
• Lightweight Chain & Sprocket steering heads
• Lightweight aluminium emergency tiller
• Keel design and structural attachment is in accordance to ISO structural regulations to Class A with planapproval by Germanischer Lloyd
• Fixed keel with welded hollow section spar, antimony alloyed lead bulb and upper flange recessed into the hull
