X-40 equipped for racing and cruising. 
Deep keel version.

Current owner is the third owner who used the boat for some family cruising and two races. She was never chartered out.

Owners comment:

The boat is in excellent condition and she is ready to sail right away! This year we re aplplied the anti-fouling (sprayed with racing paint - speedy carbonium June 2021), changed the propeller anodes (June 2021), full engine revision, etc.
