General

Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction

The Hull, deck, bulkheads, structural interiors and reinforcements are constructed in direct female moulds using unidirectional and multidirectional E-glass with high-density Corecell cores, vacuuminfused with vinylester and epoxy resins. Carbon fibre is used locally only, in high-load areas around the keel and shroud chainplates.

The hull and deck joint is bonded with triple tapered bidirectional E-glass fibre banding, with vinylester resin, vacuum-infused and post-cured at 50°.
