General

Construction

The hull is made using vacuum infused epoxy sandwich lamination technology to ensure maximum strength and safety. The X4 offer sailors a substantial keel weight and sail plan making it a dream to sail into wind and waves.

At the heart of the X4 is the galvanised steel keel grillage structure. Pioneered by X-Yachts back in 1981, the galvanised steel hull girder offers superb reassurance and safety. Its primary role is to spread keel and mast loads into the hull and it also enables the yacht to withstand extreme shock loads from grounding or an impact with a submersed object.

Mainsails

• 1 x 3Di endurance main 2017 black – North Sails battened this sail in 2019 and this sail has been used but is very good as a cruising sail.

• 1 x jib 3di endurance 2021 black with the option to use with horizontal battens and vertical battens for furling – new condition
• 1 x jib 4 North dacron – reasonable condition – sailed 10-15 times.

Spinnakers

• 1 x A2 2017 North black masthead (Good condition)
• 1 x A2, 2015 North white fractional (not used since purchasing A5, fair condition)
• 1 x S2 Quantum sails

Other

• 1 x Code 0 North 2019 masthead (new, hardly used; very nice sail)

Owner: During sailing and racing the inside/furniture of the boat is protected, therefore the interior is in very good condition
